Scheduling an Appointment with Us

Office Hours and Parking

Patients at the Truxton Avenue Clinic are generally seen by appointment Tuesday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Additional days and hours are available by special arrangement. We do also have extended hours on Thursday Evenings (until 9:00 PM). We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and most major holidays. 2-hour parking is available in the Staples Parking lot at the end of 87th Street, and near Truxton’s American Bistro and Soundsations Records. There is 1-hour parking along the adjacent streets, and in front of the shop. Please do not park in the Pep Boys Parking Lot across the street.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service and in accordance to our current Schedule of Charges at the time of treatment. Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express Card, ApplePay and GooglePay. In addition, we are pleased to announce that we are now “in-network providers” for several major insurance plans including Kaiser Permanente, Anthem Blue Cross, and UnitedHealthCare. For those companies who we are considered “out-of-network”, we will be happy to attempt to bill them directly, on your behalf if you wish. Alternatively, we can provide a standard format “SuperBill” which may be to most insurance companies or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) for reimbursement, if your plan includes acupuncture coverage. At present, ReturningSpring® does not treat workers compensation injuries.

Medical Records

All personal information and medical records are confidential and secured to protect your privacy, and we use medical industry standard, HIPAA Compliant Software for all electronic health records. ReturningSpring® does not release personal health information without your written permission or unless required by court order. You may submit a written request to view your file and request a copy of your records. You may download our “Notice of Privacy Practices” or request a hard copy at your next appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited availability of appointments, a patient who fails to show up for an appointment may be charged a missed appointment fee of $25 unless cancellation is made at least 12-24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment.
